Scottish FP7 Information Day

The next FP7 Energy call is expected to open in July 2010 with an estimated budget of over EUR 240m.

 

In order to discuss the opportunities available for Scotland, Scotland Europa and SEGEC jointly organised targeted workshops on the following areas:

  • Wind
  • Storage and transmission systems (Grids)
  • Low energy in building
  • Carbon capture and storage

 

Each workshop explored the main priorities in the forthcoming FP7 call as well as providing an overview on the European Industrial Initiative related to the specific sector. 

 

Speakers included experts from the FP7 UK National Contact Point for Energy (Energie Helpline) and from SEGEC.
